Shipping policy

At Unlucky Brand, every order is made to order. Once you place your order, it goes into production before it ships.


Order Processing and Fulfillment

Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days before shipment. During high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, or other busy stretches, fulfillment may take longer. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on product type, inventory location, and production routing.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Times

After fulfillment, shipping time depends on the destination, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to weather, carrier issues, customs, high shipping volume, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Rates may vary based on the items ordered, destination, and shipping method selected.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after the shipping label is created.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@unluckybrand.com. If the order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Once the order has shipped, the address generally cannot be changed.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or because it was unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.


Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us at contact@unluckybrand.com with your order number and tracking information.

Claims for packages believed to be lost must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost and the claim is submitted within the required timeframe, we will review the issue and determine the next step in line with our fulfillment provider’s policies.


Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local carrier first. If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we’ll review the situation. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not automatically considered lost-package claims.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll review the claim in accordance with our store policies and applicable fulfillment provider policies.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, inaccurate addresses, missed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside our control. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.


International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs delays, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
