Every piece from Unlucky Brand is made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Read the product details, check the sizing, and choose carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll review it.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • wrong size ordered

  • change of mind

  • normal wear and tear

  • issues reported more than 7 days after delivery

Approved claims will be handled at our discretion. All other sales are final.
